On Wednesday and Saturday nights from mid-June through August, Meadow Vue Ranch at Island Park offers delicious BBQ dinners along with classic rodeo entertainment. Dinner at this attraction includes hand cut fire grilled steaks, dutch oven chicken, dutch oven potatoes, baked beans, salad bar, cornbread, and biscuits along with peach cobbler and ice cream for dessert.
